As the warm weather approaches and I find myself without a completed restaurant and the need to stay cooking – I will be taking reservations for offsite catered affairs of all varieties.
I am equipped for most types and sizes of functions. I have a modular spit for pig or lamb roasts, I have access to very cool spaces should you want a locale slightly out of the ordinary.
